Drug surrenderer nabbed in Camarines Sur buy-bust

NAGA CITY –– Police arrested a drug suspect in a buy-bust operation in Calabanga town in Camarines Sur province on Tuesday morning.

Major Jonnel Averilla, Calabanga police acting chief, said Arman Aldon, 35, was arrested in Barangay Sabang around 7 a.m. after he sold a sachet of suspected shabu (crystal meth) to an agent who posed as a buyer.

Aldon had surrendered during the first year of the government’s war on drugs in 2016.
