PAL crew union president returns to witness stand

MANILA, Philippines – The president of the Flight Attendants and Stewards Association of the Philippines or FASAP returned to the witness stand on Wednesday for cross examination by Chief of Justice Renato Corona’s defense team.

Roberto Anduiza was cross-examined by Corona’s lead counsel, former Supreme Court Justice Serafin Cuevas.

Anduiza first testified Monday, accusing the Chief Justice of interfering with the illegal retrenchment case filed by the FASAP against the Philippine Airlines management, which allegedly resulted in the reversal of the Supreme Court’s ruling in favor of PAL.
