TACLOBAN CITY—At least six passengers of a motorboat survived an accident at sea off the city port on Tuesday (April 13).
MBCA John Lhor was some 50 meters from the port after departing past 8 a.m. for Villareal town, Samar province when its propeller got entangled with the rope of another motorboat, Baying Fast Craft, causing it to almost sink.
John Lhor was carrying passengers, sacks of rice, feeds, grocery items and a television set.
