SAN ANTONIO, ZAMBALES –– Sixteen new coronavirus disease (COVID-19) patients were listed in Olongapo City on Wednesday, April 7, bringing its total cases to 1,177.
Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. said in a statement that five of those new patients are healthcare workers.

Around 800 private medical frontliners had been vaccinated, and more will get inoculated in the coming weeks when the next batch of vaccines arrives in the city.
As of Wednesday, Olongapo has 76 active COVID-19 cases. It has also recorded 1,049 recoveries and 52 deaths since last year.
