Sara Duterte in Singapore for ‘health management’
DAVAO CITY—Mayor Sara Duterte said on Wednesday that she went to on leave from April 6 to 10 and went to Singapore for personal health management reasons. The mayor said she secured a travel authority from the Department of the Interior and Local Government and that she had already prearranged all health protocols, including the reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction test and the 14-day quarantine, upon her return. —GERMELINA LACORTE AND KARLOS MANLUPIG
