The Philippine National Police arrested 15 people who tried to use fake swab test results so they could leave Metro Manila and evade the strict lockdown. PNP spokesperson Brig. Gen. Ildebrandi Usana said the 15 individuals were intercepted at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in separate incidents since the start of the Metro Manila lockdown on March 29. Usana said they were enroute to Davao and Zamboanga City. The PNP spokesperson said the 15 would be charged of forging SARS-CoV-2 confirmatory test results and face up to six months imprisonment and fines of up to P50,000. —JEANNETTE I. ANDRADE
