LUCENA CITY –– A 43-year-old motorcycle rider died in an accident in Atimonan town in Quezon province Tuesday, police said.
The report said Jomer Alvior was negotiating the downhill section of the Maharlika Highway when he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed into a steel road sign in Barangay Tagbakin at 9:40 p.m.
Alvior died while being taken to Doña Marta Memorial District Hospital at the town center due to fatal injuries.
