BACOLOD CITY—All forms of mass gatherings have been banned during the Holy Week until Easter Sunday (April 4) to stem transmission of SARS Cov2, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19.

He also ordered the closure of all resorts, leisure parks, recreation facilities and parks in the city.
