MANILA, Philippines — Online services of the Social Security System (SSS) will be temporarily unavailable on April 1 and 2 for the maintenance of its information technology (IT) system.
In an advisory, SSS said the systems maintenance activities seek to ensure long-term continuity of the office’s digital services.
“Members and employers are advised that SSS online services will be temporarily unavailable from April 1 to 2, 2021 for IT infrastructure maintenance,” SSS said.

“SSS online services through the My.SSS portal in the SSS website and the SSS mobile app will resume on April 3, 2021,” it added.
