MANILA, Philippines — Two suspected members of the New People’s Army (NPA) were killed in a clash with police forces in Negros Oriental on Monday.
The encounter happened between members of elite police force trainees on a test mission and undetermined number of suspected communist rebels in the villages of Nagbinlod, Alangilan and Nagbalaye in Santa Catalina, Negros Oriental, Philippine National Police Gen.
