Estrada, Andanar, Belmonte test positive for virus
Former President Joseph Estrada has tested positive for the coronavirus, according to his son Jinggoy Estrada. Jinggoy said his father was diagnosed with COVID-19 after he was rushed to a hospital on Sunday night due to fatigue. The former Manila mayor, 83, was in stable condition, his son said. Presidential Communications Secretary Martin Andanar also announced on Monday that he had tested positive for the coronavirus. Andanar said he immediately went into isolation and was now in home quarantine. Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte also announced that she tested positive for the virus again, eight months since she first got infected in July.
