Customs and coast guard agents stumbled upon a suspected COVID-19 clinic in a Mandaluyong warehouse for smuggled Chinese cigarettes, medicine, face shields and masks during two simultaneous raids on March 25 in Mandaluyong and Parañaque. The raiding team also found smuggled Chinese medicines, including Linhua Qingwen capsules, which are used in China to treat severe acute respiratory illnesses, including the new coronavirus.
