Manila eyes to vaccinate 1,700 frontliners on Friday

MANILA, Philippines – The City of Manila is eyeing to vaccinate 1,700 frontliners on Friday.

Manila City Health Officer Dr. Arnold Pangan said  1,000 of the 1,700 frontline workers will be vaccinated with doses of the AstraZeneca vaccine at the Ospital ng Maynila Medical Center while 700 will be inoculated with doses of the Sinovac vaccines at the Sta. Ana Hospital.

The Manila Public Information Office said 10,412 frontline workers in the city have been inoculated with COVID-19 vaccines as of March 24.
