LUCENA CITY – Thirty-three new coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases were recorded in San Pablo City on Saturday, March 20.
Three of the new infections involved senior citizens aged 64, 67 and 68, according to areport from the city’s Anti-COVID-19 Task Force posted on social media.
The youngest new patient is a 12-year-old girl.
The new cases brought to 136 the total active carriers in the city as of March 20 from the previous tally of 109 the day before.
The death toll in the city stands at 46 as of March 20.
San Pablo, which is under modified general community quarantine, has logged 1,425 COVID-19 cases and 1,243 recoveries since the pandemic was declared in March last year.
