LEGAZPI CITY—Unidentified men shot the house of a radio reporter in the town of Labo, Camarines Norte province, according to police.

Lt. Col. Juancho Ibis, Labo police chief, said investigation showed that Rodel Paquita, 45, reporter of radio station dwCN FM, was about to sleep at home past 1 a.m. when heard at least three gunshots.

The roof of Paquita’s house was hit by one of the bullets but no one was hurt in the attack.

The motorcycle-riding suspects fled after the shooting.

“The victim said he has been receiving threats from anonymous callers,” Ibis said.
