MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines has already paid 15 percent of the P700 million procurement price for 1 million doses of Sinovac’s COVID-19 vaccine CoronaVac, vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr. said Thursday.

Galvez said the government will pay for the remaining 85 percent once Sinovac is all set to deliver the vaccines this March 28.
