Camarines Norte receives 283 vials of AstraZeneca vaccines

LEGAZPI CITY –– At least 1,415 health workers in Camarines Norte will be vaccinated against coronavirus disease after 283 vials from the British-Swede company AstraZeneca were delivered on Tuesday morning.

Noemi Bron, Department of Health (DOH) Bicol public affairs chief, said a Cooler box containing the vaccine vials were transported from the DOH storage facility in this city to the province by land, with help from the provincial police.

The Camarines Norte provincial health office conducted its vaccine simulation procedure on Monday, March 15.

Bron said all six provinces in the region already received the vaccine supplies intended for frontliners.
