DOJ suspends on-site work on March 16 to give way to disenfection activities
MANILA, Philippines – Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra has suspended on-site work until Tuesday, March 16 to give way to disinfection and sanitation activities.
Guevarra told reporters that suspension of on-site work was “due to a number of reported COVID cases at the DOJ proper.
But Guevarra assures that it will not stop the Justice Department’s operation.
“All DOJ personnel shall continue to work from home,” he said.
To date, the country recorded 4,578 COVID-19 infections.
