3 drug suspects nabbed with P100K shabu, marijuana in Isabela bust

CAUAYAN CITY — Three men were caught in possession of shabu (crystal meth) and dried marijuana leaves worth P100,000 in a drug bust on Friday (Feb. 26) in a private hotel here, police said.

Macario Alejo, 36, of Luna town, yielded 5 grams of shabu and a loaded 9mm pistol when arrested. Meanwhile, Francis Neil Donato, 35, and Dione Respicio, 51, of Cabatuan town yielded 500 grams of marijuana inside a backpack, said Police Lt. Col. Andree Camhol-Abella, Cagayan Valley regional police spokesperson.

The three arrested are temporarily detained at the police station as charges are being prepared for filing.
