Cabbie robbed
A 36-YEAR-OLD taxi driver said he was robbed by three men who rode his taxi in barangay Tawason, Mandaue City.
Feliciano dela Peña, driver of Cane taxi with plate number GXR-946, said his earnings amounting to P1,800 and his cellular phone were taken in the robbery at dawn Saturday.
Dela Peña told police that around 4 a.m., three men boarded his taxi on M.C. Briones in barangay Maguikay, Mandaue.

The passengers asked to be brought to Tawason. On their way to Tawason, the passengers asked the driver to stop the vehicle, pointed a gun at him and held him up.
