Security aide in Bulacan dead in motorcycle crash

CAMP GEN. ALEJO SANTOS, Bulacan –– A longtime bodyguard of Vice Gov. Wilhelmino Sy-Alvarado was killed after figuring in a vehicular accident, police said.

Moises Gonzales, 57, a resident of Calumpit town, was driving his motorcycle in Barangay Balungao when another motorcycle from the opposite direction driven by a certain Julian Tolentino hit him on Sunday.

He was declared dead on arrival at the Bulacan Medical Center in the City of Malolos on Sunday.

Reports said the victim suffered head injuries due to a loose-fitting helmet.
