Man released from jail back in detention after arrest for selling meth

ORMOC CITY—A man released from prison in March 2020 was arrested for allegedly selling crystal meth, or shabu, in Tacloban City on Sunday (Feb. 14).

Seized from Rammy Jacosalem, 32, were several packs of meth, according to Lt. Rey Baldicano.

Jacosalem admitted selling drugs, saying he needed more income for his family.

Charges are being prepared against him.
