MANILA, Philippines — It’s going to be a cold Tuesday in Metro Manila and most parts of the Philippines due to the northeast monsoon or amihan, the state weather bureau said.

In its 4 a.m. live weather update, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration said that the northeast monsoon surge continues to prevail in the country.
