3 drug suspects busted in Lucena
LUCENA CITY – Police arrested three drug suspects in separate buy-bust operations here Saturday morning.
Lieutenant Colonel Romulo Albacea, Lucena City police chief, identified the suspects as Albert Del Valle, 36; Adonis Monticillo, 45, and Eduardo Sebuc, 47.
Sebuc was collared after he sold P500 worth of shabu (crystal meth) to an undercover police officer in Barangay Kanlunrang Mayao around 9 a.m. He yielded six sachets of shabu worth an estimated P11,800.
An hour earlier, a police team arrested Monticillo in another operation in Barangay Cotta. The suspect yielded five sachets of shabu with an estimated street value of P9,790.
Del Valle was busted in Barangay Ilayang Dupay around 7:10 a.m. He was caught with eight sachets of shabu worth P17,500.
The suspects, all detained at the city jail, will face a complaint for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
