MANILA, Philippines — A 4.5-magnitude earthquake struck Agusan del Norte on Wednesday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said, with no damage or aftershocks expected.
The tectonic quake occurred at 9:27 a.m. 10 kilometers northeast of Remedios T. Romualdez, Agusan del Norte.
It had a depth of 15 km.
Instrumental Intensity II was recorded in Gingoog, City, Misamis Oriental while Instrumental Intensity I was registered over Surigao City, Surigao del Norte.
