Fewer devotees left in Quiapo for Black Nazarene feast, says Manila PIO

MANILA, Philippines — The Manila Public Information Office (PIO) on Saturday said there were fewer devotees left in Quiapo for the Feast of the Black Nazarene.

The Manila PIO, citing data from the Manila Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), said that as of 12 noon, there are 13,800 devotees left in Quiapo.

Earlier, the MDRRMO recorded over 22,840 devotees in Quiapo at 9:34 a.m.

However, devotees in the San Sebastian Church increased to 300, compared to the previous record of only 130. In Sta. Cruz Church, the devotees were estimated at 120.

Meanwhile, the Manila PIO said that there were no devotees left at the Nazarene Catholic School.
