OLONGAPO CITY—A family of four has tested positive for SARS Cov2, the virus that causes COVID-19, in this city, officials said.

In a statement, Mayor Rolen Paulino Jr. on Friday (Jan. 8) said the source of the infection could be the 36-year-old man who infected his wife, 4-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter.

The man showed COVID-19 symptoms like body pain, headache and sore throat while his family members were all asymptomatic, Paulino said.
