MANILA, Philippines—A unified identification system that could be used to better deliver social services, including distribution of coronavirus vaccines, will be rolled out by the Quezon City government on Thursday (Jan. 7).

The QCitizen ID will replace existing senior citizen, solo parent and persons with disability (PWD) cards of residents over time, according to City Administrator Mike Alimurung. The unified ID could also be used to access health and in-city transport services.
