TUGUEGARAO CITY – Police arrested Cagayan province’s most wanted fugitive in Barangay Calasitan, Sto. Niño town on Saturday.
Arrested was Martin Reyes, 45, alias “Ka Ronie,” alos an alleged member of the “Militia ng Bayan.”
He was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Francisco Donato of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 33 in Ballesteros, Cagayan for murder.
Police Lt. Joel Guban, Sto. Niño police chief said no bail had been recommended.
Reyes was brought to the Sto. Niño police for temporary custody.
