Cops arrest bogus kidnapper in Rizal

TUGUEGARAO CITY  – Police arrested Cagayan province’s most wanted fugitive in Barangay Calasitan, Sto. Niño town on Saturday.

Arrested was Martin Reyes, 45, alias “Ka Ronie,” alos an alleged member of the “Militia ng Bayan.”

He was arrested on the strength of a warrant issued by Judge Francisco Donato of the Regional Trial Court-Branch 33 in Ballesteros, Cagayan for murder.
