Fake Facebook account for PNP chief probed

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) Anti-Cybercrime Group, headed by Brig. Gen. Marvin Manuel Pepino, is investigating the people behind the fake Facebook account under the name of Gen. Debold Sinas, the PNP chief.

Pepino said the fake account has been used to solicit money from unsuspecting social media users.
