MANILA, Philippines — Foreign nationals with visas who will leave the Philippines starting Dec. 17 will be allowed to reenter the country as long as they meet several conditions, according to the latest guidelines of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF).
The IATF said foreigners could return to the country as long as their visas remained valid on the day of their arrival. These foreign nationals must also have a pre-booked quarantine facility and pre-booked COVID-19 testing at a laboratory at the airport.
They would also be subject to the maximum capacity of inbound passengers at the port and date of entry. —Leila B. Salaverria
