MANILA, Philippines — Agents of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) have arrested five men, including a minor, for operating two massage parlors-cum-sex dens in Quezon City.
NBI Director Eric Distor said 11 women, aged 20 to 30, were rescued during separate operations from Heart of Siam massage parlor and Spa Aichi in Tomas Morato Avenue on Dec. 9.
Arrested were Liecel Capicio, Miguel Diwata, Jay Baldomar, Robert Que Garcia, and an underage male.
“Women were being sexually exploited while being maintained and locked inside the said establishments,” the NBI said. —MARLON RAMOS
