Isko raises pay grade of nurses in Manila

MANILA, Philippines — Manila Mayor Francisco “Isko Moreno” Domagoso has signed an ordinance increasing the salary grade of nurses in Manila hospitals.

Under Ordinance No. 8700, the salary grade of entry-level nurses in district hospitals and the Manila Health Department will be increased from salary grade 11 to salary grade 15.

The salary grades of other nurse positions were also upgraded. —Jodee A. Agoncillo
