CA panel OKs nomination of PH ambassador to Netherlands

MANILA, Philippines — The nomination of Jose Eduardo Enciso Malaya III as the country’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of the Netherlands has been recommended for confirmation by a panel of the Commission on Appointments (CA).

The CA’s Committee on Foreign Affairs recommended the nomination   of Malaya during its meeting on Wednesday.

Meanwhile, the ad interim appointment of Ricarte Belisario Abejuella III as Foreign Service Officer, Class 1 was likewise recommended for approval by the panel during the meeting.

The panel’s recommendation will then be transmitted to the CA plenary for either rejection or approval.
