MANILA, Philippines — Constante Caluya, the register of deeds of Makati City, is the eighth witness of the prosecution in the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona.
Caluya was called to the witness stand on Monday in relation to properties that Corona allegedly failed to disclose in his statement of assets, liabilities and net worth.
Before Caluya, the prosecution presented the finance director of Megaworld Corp, Giovanni Ng to the Senate and testified on the properties in Taguig City allegedly owned by Corona and his wife.
