MANILA, Philippines — Sixteen more Filipinos abroad have tested positive for the new coronavirus, bringing the total to 11,708, the Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) said on Tuesday.
Currently, there are 3,322 patients still undergoing treatment, it added.
The DFA also reported that 42 more Filipinos have recovered from the illness, bringing to 7,539 the total number of recoveries.
The death toll abroad remains at 847 with no new COVID-19 fatality reported.
