MANILA, Philippines — A magnitude 3.5 earthquake jolted Sarangani, Davao Occidental on Sunday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) said.
The tremor struck at 9:02 a.m. Its epicenter was traced 205 kilometerssSoutheast of Sarangani, Davao Occidental.
The quake was of tectonic origin and had a 32-kilometer depth of focus.
No aftershocks and damage were expected, according to the Phivolcs.
