THE University of the Philippines in Cebu Political Science Society, in cooperation with Cebu Educators Forum, will host a lecture titled, “Comparative public sector reform: Perspectives and experiences” on Feb. 1 from 9 a.m. to noon at the university’s audio visual room.
Dr. Tom Christensen, a internationally reputed scholar on public administration from the University of Oslo in Norway, will speak in the event.
The presentation will dig into how post-new public management measures (NPM) are transcending NPM.
It will also show the effects of combining NPM and post-NPM in public sector organizations toward hybrid organizational models. The forum open to the public.
