The easterlies, or warm winds coming from the Pacific Ocean, will bring cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms to Eastern Visayas, Caraga and Davao regions in Mindanao and partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms to Metro Manila and the rest of the country.

“Base po sa latest satellite animation, wala tayong namamataan na bagyo na low-pressure area sa loob o paligid ng ating Philippine area of responsibility,” Estareja said.
