/ 05:12 AM November 26, 2020

MANILA, Philippines — The Sandiganbayan Sixth Division has cleared former Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) chair Teresita Manzala and other officials of graft charges over an office space lease arrangement in 2011.

According to the decision, the prosecution failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt the guilt of Manzala, former Commissioner Alfredo Po, PRC Baguio regional chief Teofilo Gaius Sison Jr., chief professional regulations officer Sarah Edna Tabije and supervising professional regulations officer Tricia Camara.
