2 male corpses found on Albay town river bank
LEGAZPI CITY—Residents early on Tuesday (Nov. 17) found two male corpses on the river bank at a village in Daraga town, Albay province, according to police.
Capt. Dexter Panganiban, Albay police spokesperson, identified the dead men as brothers Christian, 32, and Chris John, 18, both surnamed Millena and residents of the village of Banadero.
The corpses were found by a certain Rene Noguera, who told police he saw the dead men on the river bank.
Investigators said the older Millena was a guard at the quarry site of Alro Construction at the village of Budiao. The younger Millena was jobless.
Crisanto Llave, the brothers’ father, had reported his sons missing to police last Saturday (Nov. 14).
Police have yet to determine the cause of the brothers’ deaths.
