MANILA, Philippines — Members and pensioners of the Social Security System (SSS) who were affected by the recent typhoons can apply for calamity loans.
The SSS said it would start accepting applications for the assistance package on Nov. 27 from those living in areas placed under a state of calamity
The package includes calamity loans for members, three-months advance pension for pensioners, and house repair loans, the SSS said.
