“Asahan naman ang most of the country ay partly cloudy to cloudy skies at bahagi lamang ng Cagayan ay nagkakaroon ng mga pag-ulan, ngayong madaling araw,” weather specialist Benison Estareja said in the live weather update.

(Most parts of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies, and a part of Cagayan is currently experiencing rains since early morning.)

Batanes will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.
