Man, 68, is latest COVID-19 fatality in Bohol

TAGBILARAN CITY—A 68-year-old man from Tubigon town, Bohol province died of COVID-19 on Sunday (Nov. 1).

Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez, spokesperson of the Bohol Inter Agency Task Force (IATF), said the man was admitted to the Don Emilio Del Valle Memorial Hospital in the town of Ubay where he died.

The man died of septic shock secondary to COVID-19 pneumonia.

Bohol currently has 559 COVID-19 cases with 421 recoveries and 11 deaths.
