LUCENA CITY –– Police arrested five suspected drug pushers in Quezon province while selling shabu (crystal meth) even at the height of Typhoon “Quinta.”

Colonel Audie Madrideo, Quezon police chief, said anti-narcotics agents collared three alleged shabu peddlers–Charles de Chavez, 52, Noel Clanor, 43, and Diosdado Perez Tejada, 24–after they sold a pack of meth to undercover police officers in three separate buy-bust incidents in Candelaria town on Sunday and early Monday.

The three yielded 10 sachets of shabu.
