PNP COVID-19 cases reach 7,029 with 32 new cases

MANILA, Philippines — The number of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) cases in the Philippine National Police (PNP) reached 7,029 after it reported  32 additional infections on Sunday.

Meanwhile, 30 more PNP personnel have recovered from the respiratory illness, bringing the total to 6,411, while fatalities remained at 22.

Excluding recoveries and deaths, 596 are deemed active cases or those who are still undergoing treatment.

As of Sunday, there are a total of 370,028 confirmed cases of COVID-19 nationwide, including 328,036 recoveries and 6,977 deaths.
