Cebuano artists unite for ‘Sendong’ victims

Donations for the victims of typhoon Sendong  in Mindanao continue to pour in one month after the tragic incidents that brought damage to the cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan and left hundreds dead and thousands homeless.

The Cebuano artists unite themselves to conduct an art exhibition  together with SM City Cebu for the benefit of the typhoon victims.

Participating artists include Adeste Deguilmo, Ber Hermoso, Billy Pomeda, Bobby Gonzales, Boy Briones, Carly Florido, Cesar Castillo, Ed Lantin, Eli Manongas, Facundo Tallo, Jess Najarro, Jesse Rona, JM Picornell, John Dinglasa, Jun Impas, Leo Bomediano, Luther Galicano, Melver Mercado, Pepe Villadolid, Reynan Dingal, Sym Mendoza, Tito Cuevas, among others.

Also joining the art exhibition is Cebuano artist Romulo Galicano, one of the highly-recognized artists in the Philippines.

The proceeds of the art exhibition will benefit the typhoon victims in Cagayan de Oro. The exhibition will run from Jan. 27 to Feb. 3 at the seccond level of The Northwing in SM City Cebu.
