COVID-19 hits Negros Occidental board member

BACOLOD CITY – Another Negros Occidental provincial government official has tested positive for the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19).

Provincial board member Andrew Montelibano of the province’s third district said he has absolutely no idea where he contracted the virus.

Montelibano said he is symptomatic after developing a  fever and was waitlisted for admission at the Riverside Medical Center in Bacolod City.

His attending physician has already given him the needed medication.  He is currently on isolation.
