CA confirms ad interim appointments, promotions of 15 AFP senior officers

MANILA, Philippines — The Commission on Appointments (CA) has confirmed the ad interim appointments and promotions of 15 senior officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP).
The military officers confirmed by the CA on Wednesday at the Senate of the Philippines include Brigadier General Camilo Z. Ligayo, Commander of the 801st Brigade, and Brigadier General Marion R. Sison, Commander of the 301st Brigade.
Also recommended for confirmation in the plenary were Army Colonels Warlito A. Limet, Sali A. Limpahong, Roberto B. Sarmiento, Eduardo V. Domingo, and Rey P. Pasco.
Three Colonels from the Philippine Air Force were also confirmed: Myroade R. De Leon, Denis S. Mangcoy, and Henry D. Estoesta.
Navy Captains Fred R. Correo, Franklin B. Rotoni, Emerson C. David, Teodoro A. Bolanio, and Boyd P. Amorado were also confirmed by the CA.
